Yes, they could all stay at that Motel 6 about 25 miles north of Houston that holds 4 million people and is 2,000 feet above sea level

Realistically, distributed between San Antonio, Austin, DFW, Shreveport, Oklahoma City, Little Rock, Memphis, and many places in between.
