I consider it shocking that a place (at least, one that denies the vote to prisoners) can consider itself democratic without doing this.

In 2021 CA Redistricting (@WeDrawTheLines) will be counting prison population where they are from, not where they are incarcerated. 1/2

Though I think it would be far healthier for democracy to allow prisoners to vote.
