Idly wondering: can those barred from boarding flights to the US fly to Canada and cross the ME border (part of the Boston court district)?

Wasn't the ruling US District Court for District of Massachusetts, not US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit?

What about chartering a boat in Nova Scotia and riding in through international waters to Boston harbor? ;)

don't even need to charter, there's regular high speed ferry service

Or fly to Logan? Or depend on some stays applying nationally? This all requires the executive to honor court decisions.

the problem is that they are being denied boarding on fights to the US. Need to get to MA for no detention order

Didn't the courts order DHS to inform the airlines?

apparently that hasn't been effective. Also, reports that State Dept revoked visas. Figure get to Boston & litigate
