A bikeshed warning? Yes. Although I sometimes do it intentionally when regenerating for really trivial changes.

Yeah, that's why just a warning, doesn't stop generation.

Also, I saw one spec that looked like it was prepped for a January 2016 publication with the date set to January 2015.
