More seriously, I think the cost of JS to do the same thing should be balanced with those concerns. +warning devs. @robinberjon

But balance that with a good API being one where things that look fast are fast, and things that are slow look slow.

I think I get the point. But say, if JS parent selectors for a mega menu cost 20x as much as CSS. CSS would win no? @robinberjon
