Is there a way to get github email only for comments with @-mentions, and not the 73 comments following?

@SimonSapin But the X-Github-Reason seems to be the reason I'm getting everything in the thread, so it's still "comment" for later comments

@SimonSapin er, I meant mention. What I really want is a distinction between "mentioned-before" and "this-email-has-a-mention"
