Is there a way to get github email only for comments with @-mentions, and not the 73 comments following?

I have this Sieve filter: header :is ["X-GitHub-Reason"] ["manual", "author", "comment", "mention", "assign"]

But the X-Github-Reason seems to be the reason I'm getting everything in the thread, so it's still "comment" for later comments

my coping mechanism has been to ignore github email entirely and just compulsively reload
github.com/issues/mentioned
