@kimmaicutler split-roll seems very risky to me ... making commercial zoning more lucrative to local government will not help the bay area.

@davidbaron @kimmaicutler so for a residential building with GFR that isn't subdivided, it appears unclear.

@davidbaron @kimmaicutler new construction is almost certainly subdivided like a condo ... legacy stuff, who knows.

@khuey_ @kimmaicutler If businesses have incentive to be in mixed-use buildings, at least it's an odd distortion with interesting upsides.
