@davidbaron I don't, but I don't believe other cities have the burden to solve that problem.

@johnolilly Well, the panel discussion last night (in cited article; I was there) had plenty of real examples. Sure, not whole metro area.

@davidbaron I believe that Palo Alto and other cities should build higher density. 100%. I do not believe that casting aspersions on motives
