@elwoz I believe it's the heating and cooling, based on seeing stats on personal energy use (home+transport) for LA (lower) vs NYC.

@elwoz Though I think the effects were similar orders of magnitude, so could vary person-to-person.

@davidbaron I was spending more on gas than I am now on HVAC, but that doesn't prove anything.
