I want a printer that I can use very infrequently over the course of two years and have still work at the end of that time. Too much to ask?

@gsnedders My experience with HP inkjets was a 3-5 year lifetime (2 data points). I got an Epson 16 months ago, so not enough data there.

@davidbaron This is an HP. I bought it on Halloween 2012. Black print-head is totally clogged and getting it out is several hours work. :(
