Amazed that a 747 can do a 19L takeoff (!!) at
@flySFO
with enough fuel to get to LHR.

... please elaborate? What's 19L and why would it interfere with a plane's ability to carry enough fuel?

19L is a runway (leftmost oriented at 190° magnetic); fuel is majority (?) of weight on takeoff; heavier == needs longer runway
