Bananas are a pretty good food to accidentally leave sitting on the counter for a week.

@davidbaron I admit that would be much more remarkable. But banana bread is pretty easy to make :)

@mleibovic At the old (Landings) office, I'd catch the kitchen restockers tossing old bananas in the trash, and save them for banana bread.
