Will the Democrats aim to be the party of Abigail Spanberger and the Va. suburbs (median household income $116k/yr; average home price, $335k) Or Matt Cartwright and the party of Scranton, Pa. (median hh income $78k, avg home price, $172k)?

Also, that may (??) be an expensive house price in the suburbs of Richmond, but it isn't one in the suburbs of DC.
