I was in downtown Willow Glen today. They gave this flag system for crossing the street, have you seen this anywhere else?

Definitely seen it somewhere else. It was probably near a school in Palo Alto, but I can't recall where, and can't find it on street view.

Draeger’s in downtown Menlo Park has them too, on the intersection between their store and the parking lot (some irony here). Street view shows the flag holders on the poles but no flags in them: maps.app.goo.gl/9G3qNLoHTc3s…

Channing and Heather in Palo Alto had them for a while a few years back. I think they gradually disappeared, I can’t remember seeing them in years.
