Trying to assess who got this question right while Twitter is still up. Daxing & Brandenburg airports are clearly operating. Does Crossrail count as open on 6 November 2022? It's not clear to me what isn't operating that is expected to happen next May.

I think the proper opening of the Central Subway should be counted as what's expected to happen in January, not what's happening this weekend.
