the trees in Rittenhouse are very nice, Philly is definitely behind Harlem on street trees (also, the East Coast humidity hits *different* after you鈥檝e gotten used to West Coast weather)

Some streets have better trees than others. Try Delancey from 21st to 18th, or Camac near Cypress, or Pine around 9th...

yeah, it was notable to me in Harlem how *every* street had street trees (that were generally pretty good/sizable)
