You're knowingly pushing a misleading narrative. The issue isn't the law in Dobbs, the issue is the laws that are much worse and already on the books. The issue is that this decision means poor women will die. In other words, you're trying to downplay women dying. Do better.

I'm frustrated that foreign leaders are claiming that this supreme court decision is wrong/fascist/undemocratic when: 1. It's almost the definition of democratic, returning the decision to the legislature. 2. It's in line with the restrictions in most countries.

Very glad to see the dissent point out that the claim (not just the majority but way too many poorly informed pundits) that the U.S. was some kind of outlier on abortion policy is nonsense that requires willful ignorance about how abortion law in Europe actually works in practice
