so, uh, with the Kent border and the recently announced Irish Sea Border is this the current state of post brexit border controls? It's really hard to tell.

In this diagram I think "free movement of people" means "ability to go there without speaking to an immigration officer". Would be interesting to also see the "have the right to work on the other side if you're a citizen of one side" arrows... which are different (how?).

I think that's still the same map; British and Irish citizens have reciprocal rights to live, study, and work in either country from the Common Travel Area agreement. For example, the relevant Irish guidance is at dfa.ie/brexit/getting-irelan…

But don't Irish and other EU citizens (French, etc.) also have similar rights?
