So expand SCOTUS to 13 (counting the 11 numbered circuits, the DC Circuit, and the Federal Circuit)... and then abolish the Federal Circuit?

Pelosi being pretty explicit about judicial reform is on the table on Hayes right now, observing the original understanding that the number of Supreme Court justices should track the number or circuits

A ninth Justice was added in 1837. The US population in the 1840 census was 17 million. Today it's ~328 million, 19.3x higher. Therefore, to match population growth, the number of Justices should be ~173.
