I'm at something of a loss about what's going on with stores. I get the hoarding behavior up front, but we're three weeks into this, and shelves are still half empty. And it's not just milk and bread, but niche things like tofu. This points to unresolved supply chain issues.

On Friday, Whole Foods had 4 bags of store-brand organic all-purpose, and maybe 15-20 bags of King Arthur bread flour (non-organic).
