Note that China's number include only those who show symptoms, while other countries' IIUC include all those tested positive, and also some countries don't have enough people tested as well, so not sure whether these numbers are really comparable.

China's numbers were from testing that was good enough to eliminate the disease through quarantine, so they're at least close, at least outside Wuhan.
