It's the Sunday after next Sunday (March 8), and this year it's three weeks (March 8 through 29).
It switches between 2 and 3 weeks since it's the interval from the second Sunday in March to the last Sunday in March, so it depends whether March has 4 or 5 Sundays.

yeah when I said "next sunday" I didn't mean the coming one, I meant "the sunday from next week", which is incorrect and confusing but anyway

Under American calendars you're wrong either way, since Sunday *starts* the week, and so "the sunday from next week" is in five days.

That's nice, except when the two meetings you had that used to be consecutive now overlap for three weeks, because one of them follows US time change rules and the other follows Germany, because that's where the people who created the calendar events happen to live...
