Fukuoka is very warm, lovely to be by the sea though. Ran a very slow 13 miles this morning along the coast.

It was reasonably grim. I think I worried a member of hotel staff as I staggered back in this morning. Being from the North I'm better suited to icy sideways rain than this.

I was debating going to the gym later because, uh, it's air conditioned. Scottish me is struggling enough with living in London, yet alone here. Give me sideways icy rain any day.
