Yes 😊 But today I decided to take a train to the countryside. Well, as far as I could possibly tolerate at least, which happened to be Takahata Fudoson 👍 and Showa Kinen 🤯

The first one is a large group temples. One is built on the flank of an hill and offers some light hiking opportunities if you wanna go further.

The other is a park you can reach from there by taking a monorail. It is gigantic, and really nice! Lucky as I am, I arrived during the flowering of one of their flower fields 😊

I went to Shōwa Kinen Kōen a few years back because their cherry blossoms are about a week behind the rest of the Tōkyō metro area, and when you happen to arrive on April 15 (2017), that's useful.
