So I was looking forward to supporting the Kou/Dubois effort to find safe parking lots for vehicle dwellers tomorrow night. Then I read the memo. cityofpaloalto.org/civicax/f… They snuck in language about enforcement of parking restrictions and seem to want to means test homelessness.

I think the colleagues memo is from @AcormackAlison and @Beevis. I wish it said so somewhere on the agenda or the memo... my source is cityofpaloalto.org/civicax/f… which is the tentative future agenda from the end of the May 20 agenda.
