i kinda think we should include how marginal tax rates into a non-elective class. pop it in there with teaching kids how to pay their taxes and bills and the other adult ish no one clues us in on

Not just for the citizens but also the politicians who write the tax laws... like, say, the ones who wrote SF's real estate transfer tax.
