Just snow is easy. I'd like to see BART deal with the January 17, 1994 storm as it affected the western suburbs of Philadelphia:
- 6-8 inches of powdery snow
- temp to above 50°F for about an hour, turning snow into 2-3 inches slush
- temp down to 10°F, turning the slush to ice
