Seems like fewer than 3 in 10 live in a district where their vote matters.
As a resident of a D+23 district my vote (and I do vote) doesn't matter much.
I sure hope the ones in districts that could possibly swing are going to vote, though.
And maybe we should fix the system.
It would be interesting to see the poll results broken down by how competitive the congressional district they live in is. (And maybe also Senate seat, for states with one.)
