It’s entirely a colour management issue — Firefox doesn’t colour manage CSS colours, Safari and Chrome do. Chrome added colour management for CSS colours somewhere around 61.0.3163.39, about 8 months ago. Firefox will be next to add it.

Oh, nice! Thanks. “Reported: 10 years ago” 😭 Well, it’ll have to be solved before color(p3 1.0 0 0) and color-gamut are implemented.
