Though the article's claim that the "entire neighborhood" is zoned for single-family homes is not quite right -- there's a substantial area of RMD just to the east.
(RMD and R-2 are almost the same -- duplex zoning -- except for different (MF/SF) comp plan designations.)

At least that's illegal in RM-20/RM-30/RM-40 if it violates the minimum unit density (see codelibrary.amlegal.com/code… Table 2, including footnote 8). (This was from the 2018 Housing Work Plan ordinance, passed by council on 2019-04-01.)
Are timezones really that bad if you limit yourself to post-1970 and exclude the cases where summer time changes depend on actual physical sightings of the new moon?😜

I think that construction is renovation, not new construction. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schles… says the station opened in 1902!

The east end connects to a roughly-parallel S-Bahn line at
Warschauer Straße; the west end is unconnected but I think any sensible extension would be more than one stop.
Two of them were in state legislatures rather than the US Congress. (And Letlow wasn't in the US Congress *yet*...)

I wrote the list, and the Boston/Santiago one still surprises me. I could totally understand Miami being west of Santiago, but Boston?
