Tropical Storm Maria formed September 16. Only Atlantic hurricane seasons with earlier 13th TS were 1933, 1936, 1995, 2005, 2011, and 2012.
I don't think "only" works well at the end. Clearly works everywhere else, though.

Depends how well the autoformatter could understand English? It could keep method/variable names clear/consistent, improve comments...
