Maybe the city could make it easier for pedestrians to cross Grove? Or do they plan to close all 3 stairways, not just 2?

I think I did take that position on defaults, conditional on the new thing being a visibly distinct feature. Could write on justification...

Thanks for the reminder. I wrote down a strawman proposal to (hopefully) lead to further discussion: github.com/w3ctag/design-pri…

Another few hours and @dhbaron will presumably return to his normal level of Twitter mentions, some small % of which incorrectly go to me.

I think the non-questions part of Tuesday's press conference was about infrastructure...

Sure, and there's huge demand to move to the Bay Area. Meeting that demand, in a dense setting, would be a huge win for the environment.

I'd like to start with a million units (order of magnitude, anyway) and see where that gets us. (Mostly near Muni/BART/Caltrain.)

Viewing 1,645 to 3,025 residential units as "massive" seems like admitting defeat, relative to the amount of housing the Bay Area needs.

Is it worth investigating what portion of the revocations that are found in CRLs can also be determined as revoked using OCSP?

right now I think it's -12 to +14, -9:30, -2:30, +4:30, +5:30, +5:45, +6:30, +8:30, +9:30, +10:30, +12:45... so 37.

Another: how many sets of current timezone rules are there. But that's hard since some countries don't publish in advance, so can't compare.

That seems like one of a few ways to look at it that doesn't require hours of puzzling over the definition of "time zone".

Help how? I think the issue is reasonably clear from the thread, which all looks properly-threaded (each tweet has 1 reply).

I was originally trying to take it up with @DonorBox since the bad UI in question has their branding. Could be Plaid, though.

Teaching users that that's OK sometimes is teaching them to do things that put them at very serious risk online.

The fundamental problem is that the browser URL bar says who you're communicating with. Users should never enter bank password at not-bank.

It could also be somebody who hacks the @yimbyaction website, since users entering bank passwords into that site makes it a valuable target

The criminal could be someone who sets up a site similar to yours, using something that looks like @DonorBox, but steals the password

Wanting criminals to not have your online banking username+password doesn't seem like "extreme security".
