PCI compliant doesn't mean they're not training users to do things that they should never do if they want to be safe on the Web.

Your website (via UI @DonorBox provides for you) asks for that, if you choose "Bank Transfer" (+$1.69) rather than "Credit Card" (+$3.39).

Entering your bank username and password when the browser's URL bar and secure UI says you're not at the bank's own site is *never* ok.

The problem is @DonorBox's bank payment UI is asking users to do something they should never do... and perhaps teaching them that it's OK.

Though I think it would be far healthier for democracy to allow prisoners to vote.

I consider it shocking that a place (at least, one that denies the vote to prisoners) can consider itself democratic without doing this.
In 2021 CA Redistricting (@WeDrawTheLines) will be counting prison population where they are from, not where they are incarcerated. 1/2

That still doesn't say how they make the distinction, or what happens when use, zoning, or ownership (corporate vs. individual) changes.
Would the proposal have the side-effect of pushing properties zoned for mixed use towards all-residential? (I want more mixed use.)
Trying to understand how Prop 13 reform proposal from @evolve_ca categorizes property. Does it depend on zoning? use? legal status of owner?

Regularly saying Chromium can't change behavior because of usage thresholds pushes change burden to engines with fewer resources.

I think I made the sign after a discussion with @khuey_ and @btsolace about code one of them was reviewing.

Did @SFBART make the entry/exit gates faster to respond to Clipper cards recently?
