...and make it so projects conformant to zoning don't have to go through expensive and slow discretionary review processes.

Gah... it's different in the font in the "compose tweet" input and in the actual view of the tweet!

Though on my machine RAISED FIST is different with and without the variation selector; compare: ✊️ (emoji vs), ✊︎ (text vs), ✊ (no vs).

270A FE0F not found in unicode.org/Public/UCD/lates… (but it works: ✊️), and the ZWJ behavior doesn't align well with unicode.org/reports/tr51/#Em… ...

Well, stay safe, and don't forget to power-cycle your Boeing 787 at least every 248 days.

How about when they appear in the form of government regulations? rgl.faa.gov/Regulatory_and_G…

St Ives was CON hold (barely), so Kensington seems like the remaining seat that could flip (of the 4 w/o results).
St Ives: CON hold #GE2017. Full results: bbc.in/2qVyNRd

Conservatives plus DUP should have 329 seats (of 650), or 328 if they lose Kensington. Hard to see DUP supporting Labour...

Maybe St Ives could go LD, maybe Kensington could go LAB? Other 3 seats seem safe based on 2015 results.
1
And with Dudley North called as LAB hold, 5 seats left are all now CON (St Ives, St Austell & Newquay, SE Cornwall, N Cornwall, Kensington).

The major parties would realign slightly so that the split would remain roughly 50-50.

With Richmond Park LD→CON, assuming remaining seats are holds now gives 319 CON, 261 LAB, 35 SNP, 12 LD, 10 DUP, 7 SF, 4 PC, 1 GRN, 1 IND.

My impression from Wikipedia is they'd ally with Conservatives more naturally than Labour?

I know rather little about the DUP, but doesn't it look like they hold the balance of power in the UK Parliament? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Democr…

With Fife North East an SNP hold, assuming 7 left hold gives: 318 CON, 261 LAB, 35 SNP, 13 LD, 10 DUP, 7 SF, 4 PC, 1 GRN, 1 IND.

8 uncalled UK constituencies are currently currently held by 5 CON, 1 LAB, 1 LD, 1 SNP, which suggests CON + DUP has (together) a majority.

They've started putting up more exit numbers; 24th & Mission now has exits numbered as A and B. I just want Tokyo-style signage. :-)

I much prefer if (strcmp(a, b) == 0)...
