I'm also a little worried about whether the spacing rules correctly distinguish space to rest of first word versus space on other lines.

Somebody should make sure the spec prose does all the things in those examples, and then add tests to the test suite if there aren't any.

I think that 7% only covers the effects of reduced supply, and not the effects of higher rents for incoming renters due to lower liquidity.
That said, I don't have any form of colorblindness. But following the Hue-Saturation with desaturation to B&W based on luminosity works too

gimp's Hue-Saturation, with Lightness -50 and Saturation +100 makes it pretty clear to me, fiddling with Curves (color-specific) more so.
