Not without a transition every day. But really it should have a different notation too, e.g. 0s00 for sunrise.

Do I get to run a contrary argument saying that we should measure times from sunrise instead of measuring from noon?

Put the border on an ancestor element?

Seems like a bug to me. Filed bugzil.la/1346265 and will see what others think. Thanks for the report.

I can make a needinfo? to myself, but it looks like it's from me (→lower priority), when it's really on behalf of someone else.

Currently wishing I could use @bugzilla's request UI to make a request to myself that appears to come from somebody else...

On this one, I think I'd have to support Texas (pecan pie, I presume)... although I could be convinced to back Bristol.

Nope, I was trying to explain how we're good citizens in the Web standards community, not defend C++.
You're ignoring what other people say and just expressing a massive sense of entitlement. /cc @bz_moz @melody_wave @CodingExon
I approved the messages because they're not spam & then read them later. I agree with @CodingExon's answer.
I moderated through the 2 dev-tech-layout messages from a 2.5 hours ago.

It's already reasonably clear in drafts.csswg.org/css-transit… too? Does it need a separate note in section on events?

I wish Google Contacts had a way to store a person's name in multiple writing systems (or just generally multiple forms of a name).

Also, this is particularly disappointing given feedback that we shouldn't unprefix multicol without column-span groups.google.com/d/topic/mo…

Maybe better to target one person (but not the same one each time) than to have diffuse responsibility?
Also, when people propose moving specs to CR, I need to ask: "Who other than the editor can say they read it and it looks ready?"
