Failing to use fiscal policy to fix obvious economic imbalances when the government can get loans for free causes unemployment too.

It's rather a mess in California, and we have direct democracy pretty often (though with lots of advertising).

With the current twitter Web UI, it seems most effective to link to the *last* tweet in a tweetstorm rather than the first.
