@marcosc No, it didn't break it. Although with HTML, some people saw the DOCTYPEs as version indicators.
@marcosc I think the distinction between levels and versions is that versions have breaking changes (and thus have version in file format)

@anatudor @FremyCompany oops, *scaled* by its scale. Anyway, sometimes you just want the VG without the S. If so, don't use viewBox.
