Replying to @beltzner
@beltzner @gavinsharp @dolske I seem to remember some of the need to keep doing that being related to 32-bit plugins. Still true?

@tabatkins @divya When looked in to a Gecko bug in Wave, it seemed more email-ish. Was the good stuff Google-internal?

@pcwalton Yeah, I should write it up. It'll be longish, so probably not immediately, though quicker since I've explained it verbally.

Disruptive (loud or bursty) office noise tends to be contagious, even among those who it bothers. Asking people to be quieter is hard.

@DigDug2K @BrendanEich Yes, though I think that's a different thing from what @_JamesMGreene was raising, other than having the same name.
@_JamesMGreene @BrendanEich So no plans (and skeptical), but discuss on www-style use cases and/or a description of what 'zoom' does?
@_JamesMGreene That spec is for properties that apply to @viewport, not to elements. So spec URL unrelated to your request.
Replying to @BrendanEich
@BrendanEich @_JamesMGreene Not sure if that spec is related to what's implemented or if either is something we want. Use cases?

Why isn't nih.gov/news/health/aug2013/… getting major news coverage? Is it not as good as it sounds, or media just ignoring it?
