I'd been expecting Google Reader to coalesce identical items coming from different feeds, but it doesn't seem to.

@asutherland Thunderbird RSS was once better than it is now. I was stuck on a 3.0 beta because the showing URL vs. feed content regressed.
I think I just switched to Google Reader (from Thunderbird) for my feed reading. (I'll see if the change sticks.)
