The @JoeBiden campaign should not accept rules that would cut off Trump's microphone in a way that the audience can't hear Trump's yelling but Biden can, since that would prevent the audience from understanding what's distracting Biden.
JUST IN: Commission on Presidential Debates says it's now clear that "additional structure should be added to the format of the remaining debates to ensure a more orderly discussion of the issues."
