This stems mostly from the urban vs. rural composition of the country. Nationwide, there are about the same number of people living in big cities and rural areas. But in the Senate, rural areas get 2.5x more representation (!) than big cities.

I'd also point out that Twitter's label is much more effective than what Facebook has done. The FB labels almost seemed to co-sign the misinformation. Twitter's label clearly says "voting by mail is safe and secure" — directly rejecting Trump's lie and affirming the truth. (2/2)

🚨Judge Xinis becomes the first federal judge to find that putative Acting DHS Secretary Wolf was likely appointed unlawfully, BUT limits her injunction against the asylum EAD rule *only* to members of the plaintiff organizations—meaning it remains in place for everyone else.
Last night: A Md. federal judge ruled Chad Wolf was likely illegally appointed as acting @DHSgov secretary under the department's succession rules, partially blocking policies making it harder for asylum-seekers to get work permits.
