I received a faulty product so decided to return it under the return policy so I requested a return on the app and it showed that no pick up is avaliable so I had to courier it myself by @DTDCindia which took almost 22 days to ship to the address which is really shameful

Then I got a call back from blynk marketing and they told that the address where I shipped the phone was wrong which was displayed on the app and they told that it was supposed to be shipped to Delhi. Further they stopped answering my calls both @PaytmMall @blynk_app
