@WorldMark Your new website has issues, which has greatly inflated your phone wait times. What are you doing to fix it? Hiring more phone agents? Fixing your website? Bringing back the old website?
Whatever it is, you need to fix this. Two hours on hold isn't acceptable.
They feel a bit “full” when new, but you will wear into them over a few weeks. Might be worth a try.

Not orthotic, but I only buy the mens version of these, they’re awesome. I’m on pair number 3 over the last 10 years and I wear them ALL the time. I do mile+ walks in them. I’m nearly ready to buy a new pair.

You likely hit their AML rules. You entered money via a gift card and then were exiting the money to a gift card of another company, so to them it appears you’re just using Amazon as an intermediary to move funds. If you have a solid order history with Amazon, that might help.
