I think what many companies fail to realize is that if you hire someone that has 100% of the requirements, they’re going to be super bored.
Better to hire 80% and give them room to learn and grow. Plus you filter out hires that pretend to know it all.

@semrush Any chance you can add a subject line to your report emails? Literally anything other than being blank?

Same with a phone number, get a VOIP number that you hand out to randos. If they start harassing you, rotate the phone number.
