Have my doubts that selling training for certs is going to move the "cyber workforce" needle. But I'm open to being wrong. Perhaps the below orgs can share how many people with no experience obtain a full-time cyber job after achieving one of their certs?
I haven’t required a degree for any of my roles for many years.
US House recognizes Federal cybersecurity job qualifications shouldn't always require degrees. This will expand the pool of qualified applicants. Some companies still require degrees but hopefully that will change too. fedscoop.com/house-passes-bi…

How is a player to know what is and is not intended? This puts the onus on your paying customers to guess at what you meant to happen. I suggest instead you run QA in prod on an isolated server if you really don’t want people using the game as it’s coded. We’re not your QA.

When I viewed it in the Twitter app, it said I was out of free articles. When I view it in Safari (same device), I could read it.

Thanks. That video didn’t need a login, but many of your other videos do.

We’ve received zero proposals for change, other than Mark Curphey’s to adopt the Linux Foundation model. If you have a specific change in mind, please forward it to the board. Identifying problems isn’t nearly as helpful as concrete proposals and active volunteering.

Wow, that’s a blunder.
We just finished our strategic meetings where we did just that. Not a 3-year plan, but rather a reorganization around our core services. Write-ups are coming in the near future about the outcome.

Sorry for your loss. I didn’t know Michael or James, but I did work with Jon at PayPal; he was great to work with and crazy smart. I was so shocked when I heard the news.

Are these strategic decisions a motion we pass? Or something else?

Thanks Jeff. Your two suggestions, boost fundraising and recruit new projects, fall into two committees, Funding (new) and Projects. Maybe you can bring your ideas and join one or both of those committees?

I wonder if less attention should be given to cramming more knowledge into kids to meet an arbitrary test standard and instead perform self-reflection on a system that causes mental health issues and fails to graduate a quarter of students.
