The politicians, the government, and the military should implement this first to demonstrate how safe it is.
Even better, they don’t need a law or cooperation from tech companies, they can do it right now.
The urgency of protecting children makes me wonder why they haven’t.

I saw this at work first hand in Palo Alto schools, purportly one of the “best” school districts in California but had a high suicide rate.
