Lots of companies with terrible UX (looking at you @Instacart).
I think the push to MVP has churned a generation of largely deficient apps, which creates barriers for people unwilling to work hard to figure it out.
Maybe the goal is to only have self-sufficient customers?

Thanks for sharing! What many don’t realize is you can attend CC without a HS diploma, and be guaranteed entrance into a state four-year university, which means no SATs, no AP classes, no wondering if your application will be accepted. Crazy to not do CC, low stress and cost!
