My snacking is worse when I’m up late working.
Speaking of which, getting the right amount of sleep has been challenging; either I stay up too late and don’t have enough, or I sleep in too long and get too much (and feel crazy lethargic).
Thinking I need to add consistency.

People are so varied, as long your health improves, eat more of that!
One upside to being home 24x7 is I can really stick to my meal plan, vs being tempted to grab something easy while out.

Congrats! Similar story for me, I lost 40lbs since October by cutting out wheat, meat, dairy, oil, and sugar.
I eat mostly vegan, avoid most of the processed vegan food, and instead stick to fruits, vegetables, legumes, etc.
Biggest benefit I’ve noticed is the brain clarity.

It's more opting an entire sub-domain into a control group where the only cookies it gets are those that it sets and nothing more (except maybe whitelisted cookies?)
No idea how to make that happen without adding yet more craziness into the dumpster that is cookies.

Agree, but there are times when the Business requires a white-label service and refuses to put it behind an off-brand domain (eg brand-support.tld).
A policy against it only provides so much air cover...
Related, white-labeled domains (eg support.brand.tld pointing to ZenDesk) could mean auth cookies flowing to the partner site.
The secure solve for cookie bleeding is to put the partner site behind a reverse proxy and strip off all cookies except those needed by the site.
